Baroque/Rococo Inspired Makeup.

My makeup table.

My makeup table.

I woke up at 9:30 today. Wow! It was very light outside. I took a bike ride to the store and bought some cheesecloth to make a headdress. Stephanie was going to arrive at 11:30 to take pictures so I wanted to be ready. I pinned the my hair up high and pinned the cheesecloth around as a support. I love trying new things. 🙂 When she arrived, she took shots of me while I did my makeup. I went very elaborate because I was so inspired. When finished, Thoth showered and I put on my bells and saddled up my bike. Thoth dressed and did the same while Stephanie took pictures of him. “I love it. It’s like playing dress up!” Stephanie said. When ready, we biked off with Jim. He had ridden his bike home from work to have lunch and was going back to work. Even though it seemed sunny, it was chilly at our spot. I couldn’t wear my new skirt. We set up and Stephanie arrive to watch and take pictures. We had a lovely, short prayformance. Thoth forgot the camera so we weren’t able to make a video. Les and Chet came by and we talked while getting ready to bike home. I felt so happy. We stopped at the grocery store. I went in and got a bunch of things. 4 different people stopped me, either recognizing me or asking what did. That always happens! It’s fun! We biked to our favorite smoothie place and got escamochas and our favorite cranberry cookie, then went home. I made salmon for dinner, again. We both weren’t that hungry. Our snacks really filled us up! I spent the rest of the evening backlogging my blog and painted a little. At midnight I had another salmon sandwich.

I’m trying to fill the entire page and with color instead of just sketching a figure in black and white and calling it a day. It’s only a small piece of paper, but it’s a step!
